 In 2002, I am Paulino Francisco Ex. Director of Orsocotil, and also as a founder of Orsocotil, has
created a relationship with USAID esecuated the project and built a group of carpenter of Damasta at the sub village of Motaikun and has been given working for 6 youts,  the total the budget for this project was U$. 7200.00

2.In 2002, I am Paulino Francisco Ex. Director of Orsocotil, and also as a founder of Orsocotil,has
created a relationship with AUSAID, opened centre of trainament of computador for the youts in Motaulun village, total the budget is U$. 3732.00

3.In 2002, I am Paulino Francisco Ex. Director of Orsocotil, and also as a founder of Orsocotil,
created a relationship with APHEDA INTERNATIONAL, supported the budget for the activity of treinament to carpentary groups with total the budget is U$. 3500.00

4.In 2003, I am Paulino Francisco Ex. Director of Orsocotil, and also as a founder of Orsocotil,
created a relationship with OXFAM HONGKONG, supporting projected hortyculture in Ermeta fahilebu village with total the budget is U$. 2000.00

5.In 2004, I am Paulino Francisco Ex. Director of Orsocotil, and also as a founder of Orsocotil,
created a relationship with BELUN, supporting the budget for the capacitation for the member of Orsocotil, total the budget is U$. 700.00  

In 2005, I am Paulino Francisco Ex. Director of Orsocotil, and also as a founder of Orsocotil,
created a relationship with advisor of promotion equality, supportin the budget to do the activity for socialitation stoping violence againts the human, in sub district of Bazartete, Maubara, Liquica, total the budget is U$. 6000.00 

In 2006 /2007, I am Paulino Francisco Ex. Director of Orsocotil, and also as a founder of Orsocotil, created a relationship with UNITATED KINGDOM, supporting the budget about care the seedeing, total the budget is U$. 20,000.00 


In 2008 /2009, I am Paulino Francisco Ex. Director of Orsocotil, and also as a founder of Orsocotil
created a relation with Advisor Primer Minestry of RDTL, suporting the budget for construction of the wall around the church in Motaulun Village, total the budget is U$. 17000.00

In 2008 /2009, I am Paulino Francisco Ex. Director of Orsocotil, and also as a founder of orsocotil
created a relationship with EMBASSY OF JEPAN, supoting the  budget about construction of system clean water from Fatumasi village to Motaulun Village there is 2 km, total the budget is U$. 39,000.00

In 2010, I am Paulino Francisco Ex. Director of Orsocotil, and also as a founder of Orsocotil
created a relationship with CARITAS Australia,  NGO Forum, OXFAM HONGKONG, suporting the budget, build the REDI NGO of Liquica District, total the budget is U$. 1000.00

In 2010, I am  Paulino Francisco,  Director of  NETIL, and also as a  founder of  NETIL,
created a relationship with NGO Rotary Club Internasional Australia, supporting the budget of construction system clean water in Motaulun Village, total the budget is U$. 80.000.00

In 2011, I am  Paulino Francisco,  Director of  NETIL, and also as a  founder of  NETILcreated a relationshp with AECID RDPL, supporting the budget to build the centre about production of coconut oil virgeen in east Timor, in Motaulun village, total the budget is U$, 22,500.00
