In relation to subject above and referred to the priority plans of NETIL NGO would construct clean water
Supply systems in Motaulun village, Fatumasi village and Lauhata village. The planned activity based on data survey that: Clean water supply system at  Motaulun village, fatumasi village , Lauhata village  and Ulmera village not sufficient enough due to the Pipe line connection  not connected to community. The water source was destroyed by natural disaster, Most of the systems were not functioning because of the maintenance group is still not available.
Because of these and through the support of development funds, we NETIL NGO ask for a partnership
USAID Timor Leste, by providing funds to realize the construction clean water system and sanitation for Motaulun village, Fatumasi village, and Lauhata Village as part that needs we presented in the proposal attached. This is our proposal and thank you for the working together to develop this country and its peoples.
