VISION AND MISSSION NGO OF NETIL:
VISION OF NETIL
Build the communities has own initiative and independent, trough promoted and develop local product, praise economy cerements to make lose poor among the society so that people able to live in a better life.     
MISSION
Develop service together with communities to praise human resources
Becomes a bridge for agriculture communities to access to the market for local production that communities has.

OBJECTIVES
General objectives
Establish and rebuild the life of community become independent in the future for contribution towards viability of social development of Timor Leste.

specific objectives
Teaching all community members at Motaulun, Fatumasi Village, Lauhata village,  and Ulmera village for having moral obligation to contribute for the development in the village through own initiatives, voluntarily and secure the available resources in their own villages.
 
Teach community for paying maximum attention to the behavior change in the society to contribute to the sustainable development and the ownership of the community.
